Ok so whats the one thing you don’t do if you are frustrated about an injury?
Thats injure something else. If only I had asked that question last week, maybe Royals Pitcher John Bale wouldn’t be in the situation he’s in right now.
Bale was recovering from a shoulder injury and was very angry at his lack of recovery speed. He went back to his hotel and got so mad that he punched the door. He ended up breaking his hand in the process and now he’s out for even longer. Even worse, he won’t be able to jerk off either. Tragic.
