It’s not going to be as easy for the Penguins to make it to the Stanley Cup finals as they may have thought in the beginning. The Flyers didn’t say die last night in their 4-2 victory over the Pens.
The Flyers came out very fast in the first period. They came out early and scored 3 goals in the first. Joffrey Lupul scored the first of his 2 goals in the first. When the Pens attempted to make a small comeback in the 3rd period with 2 goals by Jordan Staal, he also sealed the game with an empty netter in the final minute.
