Ok so I know that all of you remember the whole issue that had come up with the potential Yankees curse that happened about a month ago right?
Well Gino Castignoli, the construction worker who buried the David Ortiz Jersey stated on the Keith Olbermann show last night that he buried more items under the new Yankee stadium.
On MSNBC’s “Countdown With Keith Olbermann” on Monday night, Olbermann reported that the construction worker who buried a David Ortiz jersey in the concrete foundation of the new Yankee Stadium told friends that he had buried other Red Sox memorabilia.
According to the program, the worker, Gino Castignoli, told friends that while he worked at the stadium for one day last summer he buried an official scorecard from the 2004 Yankees-Red Sox American League Championship Series in hopes of jinxing the Yankees.
If I were him I would lay low with all this talk. He is trying to use shine in his 15 minutes of fame but if somehow this bullshit actually turns into a curse, he'd better move out of New York. We've seen time and time again how peoples paranoia about their teams has ruined lives. He may think it's all good now but let the Yankees go another few years without a championship and watch the Psychos come out of the woodwork for him.
