Joakim Noah charged with possession of weed

The Chicago Bulls lanky center Joakim Noah was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Sunday in Gainesville, FL. He must've been back to school and hooked up with some of his old connects. OOOOOHHHHH!! We know what he was up to after all those NCAA championships now.
Not a big surprise. Just look at him.
Summer Hallett, public information officer for the Gainesville Police Department, confirmed that Gainesville police stopped Noah, 23, about 1:50 a.m. Sunday for carrying a clear plastic cup with an "iced, amber-colored beverage" inside.
Hallett said, officers discovered a cannabis cigarette inside a cigarette package that Noah had in his pants pocket. Noah was issued a notice to appear in court for the two misdemeanors.
According to the police, they approached him because of their law that prohibits people from drinking open containers in public. They later found out that he was drinking cognac.
Yeah this is a hood nigga with his haze and cognac. LoL!
The charge of possession is a misdemeanor and it he could spend up to six months and a $500 fee. They may get him for the $500 but he won't do any time.
