Shaq’s rap costs him more than he expected

Phoenix Suns Center Shaquille O’neal will lose his special deputy’s badge is Maricopa County because of the language he used in his freestyle diss of Kobe Bryant. If you haven’t seen the video yet (or you just want to see it again) check it out here.

The Maricopa County Sheriffs name is Joe Arpaio and he considers himself “America’s Toughest Sheriff.” He is pretty well known for a book he wrote with that same title. In that book he talks about he feeds jail inmates green bologna, giving them pink underwear and making them work on chain gangs (there are still jails that do that??).

Here he shared how he felt about the whole Shaq situation:

“I want his two badges back,” Arpaio told The Associated Press on Tuesday. “Because if any one of my deputies did something like this, they’re fired. I don’t condone this type of racial conduct.”

So let me get this straight, he is a POLICE OFFICER, who claims he doesn’t condone this kind of racial conduct. That is like an oxymoron considering that they are constantly accused of racial profiling.

What race is Shaq again? Black? Well, there you go. Now we know.
