The NFL is back… Tom Brady is out

The NFL season officially kicked off last Thursday night with the Giants win over the Redskins but yesterday was the first full day of action. All is well in the world.

The season opened with lots of good and bad news.

I guess I'll start with the bad news. My picks went to shit. With games like the Bills beating the Seahawks, the Panthers beating the Chargers and the Bears beating the Colts... My picks went downhill but I'm sure I'm not the only one who got those games wrong.

Now to the good news, Tom Brady is hurt and will be out for the whole season. Normally I would never root for a key player to get hurt on a team, except if it's Tom Brady and the Patriots. I hate them more than any other team in any other sports, plus since he acted cocky last season before the Super Bowl, it's been all downhill from there. That's karma for you.

Can you say division title for the Jets.
