It was a good night for Kansas Jayhawks fans. Their team won the National Championship for the first time in 20 years, the cops were actually cool for once, and there was even a Roy Williams sighting at the game.

Heres the proof:

Even though most Kansas fans hate Roy Williams, he still loves them. He was even wearing the shirt.

The highlight of the game was the incredible Mario Chalmers shot that put the game into overtime, where the Jayhawks would pull away.

This was definitely one of the better NCAA tournaments in recent memory and here are some of the sites and sounds of the tournament:

Duke gunslinger Taylor King is no longer Duke’s gunslinger. King decided to transfer from Duke and it was announced yesterday.

King originally committed to UCLA but had a change of heart at the last minute. Many people beleive thats where he’ll end up next year. USC actively pursued King last year out of High school so they are also beleived to be on the list of possible stops for King. Gonzaga and Villanova also pursued King.

If it were me, it would be Southern Cali all the way. Either USC or UCLA.

Steve King, King’s father, said that he chose to transfer so that he could find another high-profile program that better fits his offensive strengths.

So the McDonald’s All American game did it’s job again this year, exposing us to some of the new talent that is going to be coming into the college ranks next year. Very exciting.

Guys like the MVP Tyreke Evans, Willie Warren, Jrue Holiday, and Demar DeRozan will definitely make the college game more interesting next year but too me, Arizona PG recruit Brandon Jennings stood out over all the rest.

He didn’t score the most points and have the most dominating game. He was rockin the late 80s early 90s High Top fade. Thats whats up. Whens the last time you saw one of these?

Wow. Another disappointing year for the Blue Devil fateful. They haven’t won the NCAA title since 2001 and they’ve made yet another early exit from the tourney after last weeks silly loss to West Virginia.

All Gerald Henderson haters will love this one though. People claim that he is a dirty player, especially after last years incident with Tyler Hansbrough.

Anyway, West Virginia’s Cam Thoroughman didn’t like how Henderson pushed him in the back, whether it was intentional or not and he made sure he let Henderson know, hard.

I really wanted to pick some underdogs but I can’t really see any of the #1 seeds losing besides Memphis. The only other team that I’m not completely sold on is Kansas but there isn’t anyone in their bracket who I see beating them.

Oral Roberts beat IUPUI 71-64 Tuesday night to win the Summit League and advance to the NCAA Tournament. Congrats but the real highlight of the game came when the mascots got into a fight. They were both ejected from the game and lol, this looks like a real fight.
