Today HBO announced that they are canceling “Inside the NFL”, I liked this too, like ten years ago. The show was on for more than 30 years. HBO Sports President Ross Greenburg: “Inside the NFL has been a hallmark program for three decades on HBO. It has been a terrific franchise. But the television landscape has changed quite a bit over the last 30 years.”
It’s a good thing for Dan Marino that they are doing this. Who knows what would’ve happened if behavior like this continued:

What does it take to beat a dominant offense for an 18-0 team? A dominant defense and a cocky little Quarterback from the south.
They were on Tom Brady’s ass the whole game. They didn’t give him room to breathe. He really didn’t get anything going until the end of the game when his team was down 10-7. He methodically lead his team down for the go ahead score to Randy Moss with 2:42 left.

So as this game started, you could tell that it wasn’t gonna be like most games. The snow was coming down and as the game went on it only got worse and worse. Thats kind of like what the day was like for the Seahawks.
They got off to a fast start forcing Ryan Grant in two fumbles in the first couple of minutes of the game. The Seahawks jumped all over the opportunity scoring two straight touchdowns to go up 14-0 early in Lambeau Field. Uh-oh, could the Seahawks come into Lambeau and beat …

It’s been a long time since the last time the Chargers won a playoff game. 13 years to be exact. Last year they even fired Marty Schottenheimer because he couldn’t win a playoff game.
It didn’t look good in this one in the beginning. They were down 6-0 at halftime. The Titans defense stifled the NFL’s leading rusher LaDainian Tomlinson as well and the Chargers were basically unable to get anything going. The Bucs came out with a good game plan on this one. Based on recent Giants playoff history, Eli Manning’s inconsistency has done them in and has caused them to have first round exits the last two seasons. Despite the fact the Eli Manning played a good game last week against the Patriots, they decided to come out and plan to stop the Giants efficient running attack and see if Manning would be able to beat them. Tony Romo wasn’t distracted by the many faces of Jessica in the crowd. He had one touchdown and one interception in the Cowboys 20-13 victory over the Panthers last night. It was a bittersweet game though with good news and bad news for Cowboys fans.
