Here is a pretty crazy video found today via The Spoiler.

In Saturday's game Spartak and Lokomotiv, a crazy fan ran onto the field to try and interrupt the game. He was streaking but luckily for us not fully (he still had his khakis on).

The security was having a little trouble taking the guy down so a Spartak player made a slide tackle from behind to take down the streaker.

And how did he get rewarded? A yellow card.

Wow!

I guess he should consider himself lucky though. Most refs may have given him a red card for a hard tackle like that one.

Cristiano Ronaldo looks like he is managing to pick up the pieces after his failed relationship with Nereida Gallardo.

What woman wouldn't want the young, handsome, rich footballer.

Barcelona Forward Ronaldinho is signing with AC Milan in a deal that is worth €21 million, possibly rising to €25millon.

'AC Milan and Barcelona have reached an agreement in principle over the transfer of Ronaldinho,' the Italian club said in a statement.

'The player will be in Milan tomorrow to undergo a medical and sign a contract that will keep him at Milan until June 30 2011.'

Good luck to Ronaldinho. He's definitely my favorite footballer and I'm kind of disappointed that he is leaving Barca but it is what it is.

I don't understand professional athletes sometimes. Chase Hilgenbrinck, a defender for the New England Revolution, has decided that being a superstar thousandaire soccer player wasn't enough for him. He will be giving up his $36,000 a year contract to study the bible at Mount Saint Mary's in Maryland.

Hilgenbrinck says he is not disillusioned with the game, but waiting for his career to run its time was no longer an option. "Trust me," he told The AP, "I thought of that. I still have a great passion for the game, I wouldn't leave for just any other job, I'm moving on for the Lord." [...]

"At one time," he said, "I thought the call might be professional soccer. I found my soul is hungry for something else."

I really don't understand but I guess the call of god is bigger than the call of cheap Boston groupies for Hilgenbrinck.

Rafael Nadal is on top of the world right now. Fresh off his win over Roger Federer to take the Wimbledon title, he's celebrating by spending some quality time with his girlfriend, Maria Francisca "Xisca" Perello... on the beach.

This just goes to show all you kids out there. You don't have to be a soccer player to get all the hot girls.

Anyway, here is yet another soccer player on vacation with a hottie. This time it's Peter Crouch and girlfriend Abbey Clancy on their vacation in Ibiza, Spain.
